Bikers pay very little for a ticket or get them dismissed. Their noise saves no lives. They gun their engines because they ENJOY irritating others, wherever they go. If municipalities can void EPA noise regulations, why even bother?

Last year I purchased an apartment near the McCarthur Causeway in Miami never realizing that my sleep would be interrupted night after night by these arrogant thoughtless fools. I'm exhausted and feel helpless about it but maybe one signature at a time might motivate public officials and law enforcement to act. I doubt it though.

It seems to be getting worse each year. Many of the cyclists travel in packs and seem to enjoy making as much noise as they can.
