My family and I have also been greatly abused by Bank of America. BofA is a fraudulent "criminal organization" which should be held liable of breaking rackateering laws (RICO). Mr. Moynihan, Barbara Desoer and the rest of their top excutives and attorneys should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. We have filed a lawsuit on December 29, 2010 in Federal Court in Orlando Florida against Bank of America for their abuse and fraud. We are fighting these monsters and everyone else should too.

BOA is a joke, they are not helpful. The customer service department lies to the customer, transfers us around when they dont feel like dealing witht he situation, hangs up on customers. Wont honor modifications that they have signed off on but tells customer their loan has been changed and corrections have been made. They are a very bad company to deal all the way around.
