My son would not voluntarily revoke his parental rights asked 5 times.

Picked up sent back to prison two days before they were having a hearing parental rights.
I knew they did it but in court when the Judge asked why he was picked up broken taillight revoked drivers license laughed not our fault he in prison. Broken taillight is not on the ticket they said they didn't know my son had a mother, I am sick my heart is broken.
Court appointed attorney night before parental rights hearing tells me my son should just voluntarily revoke his rights this is a good family sometimes let parents see their children. I am beside myself creepy manipulative people kids for sale.in America who knew. Child Protect the revenue service. Children die they lie.

He filled his reports with lies and rhetoric and went as far as to perjure himself. When I pointed out the lies to my appointed attorney they got brushed aside and never dealt with so as to become evidence. On top of that I got stuck with a rubber stamp judge with a past dui, judge Wilfred Snyder. I was referred to Annette Jenkins a counselor as part of my so-called service plan. This lady is a horror of the court bought and paid for by CPS. If it is a CPS referral she will give credence to the workers lies in her report that is submitted to the court. This will cost you custody of your child. I was setup this way. A word of advice find your own referral that is not paid for by the corrupt CPS. There is truly a conflict of interest in this kind of arrangement. She depends on the referrals for her livelihood. Unknown to me at the time of the kidjacking by CPS, was that per wic 361.2 being non offending, non custodial and the offending mom was not residing with me at the time I was entitled to custody of my child. My court appointed attorney failed to point this out.
