This possibly illegal back-packer block of apartments is tenanted by young what are often referred to as "bogans" - noisy with no respect for the children or professionals living in the area. Note only are they creating noise at all hours - last week it was an 'all-nighter' - still going at 8AM next morning - but the piles of destroyed furniture and rubbish out the front of the block is endlessly disgusting.
