That neighborhood is filled with children who do not deserve to be woken up at all hours of the night because patrons of this bar cannot control themselves and act like civilized adults.

The area is made up of many families with young children such as my own, and since the patio opened my son as well as myself have both been woken up numerous times. Its the wrong location for an outside patio.
