Famous Brands solution to keep costs the same (having our employees cut the frozen regular cookies into 4 to create nibblers) is a bad one. It is not practical, it will increase our cost of labor and it puts our employees at risk of cutting themselves when doing this. Hence, it is a liability for us the franchisees. we will lose customers if you decrease our nibbler options, and many of us will have not other option but to close our stores. Is that what you want?
