Closing these cafes will not sway me to travel to a large casino. These cafes are no threat to the large casinos. These cafes are doing nothing wrong or illegal in my eyes. I believe the political influence of big money provided by larger casinos is the only real reason these minor establishments are under fire. These are nothing more than small businesses trying to operate peacefully. I believe political kick backs are the true crime here. Not the small businesses that are providing entertainment services to those who do not wish to travel to a casino.

It is so unfair to close the cyber cafes! Some of us were actually using the internet for important business: filing taxes;recertify food stamps;contact attorneys;S.S.A.; many other functions that are intrinsically entwined in life in 2013... Yes, AVW made a criminal take over. At 1 time, they supplied SKYPE to troops all over the world.
I am not asking to excuse them. Please do not penalize the rest of the patrons who relied on this lifeline to the world ?

These sweepstakes are good, clean entertainment for my husband & me...no smoking and no alcohol. We don't lose a lot of money and it's just our entertainment money when we do lose. Our elected officials do not know really care about the normal person. They look out for themselves and the people that give them the most money to put in their greedy pockets. They have enough money or have someone pay for their entertainment. I don't understand how they can close the cafes and not Best Bet and all the casinos in Florida. Too bad we couldn't get rid of all the politicians when one of them do something wrong. This is going to cause a lot of people to loose everything. I can't believe that everyone did what John Thrasher told them to do.
