Her work performance has been excellent and she has brought my son up to standards. It was reccomended that my son be held back in preschool because he was below grade level. We however believed that with the help of a good teacher he could catch up. He is now performing above his grade level abd he is well prepared for the first grade.

With all the problems with the education system in America, shouldnt we be more concerned with better teachers for our children instead of how long someone has been teaching? I hate to see anyone have to lose their job, but the teachers should be chosen according to their work, not by length of service. Pick the best one for the childrens sake.
