Hello, one of the plus items that lead us to this are was the school and library. The competition for great libraries is great. There is the San Jose and nearby cities but none here in Rivermark. Why do we want to provide the benefits to other cities when we need to benefits here in Santa Clara? Why put in great traffic lights and roads going outside of Santa Clara when the need is here. I urge the board to consider this fact.

When I purchase my home in the Rivermark area , on the map was the library near the school. This was one of the items for my kids that I know they would use. I've been living here for 3 years and still no library. I have to go to San Clara or\Martin L. King lib. I can't fine parking and the traffic is terrible. I have to pick time when the traffic is decent and pray I fine parking.
