Child Safety Officers have threatened me and told me that if I co-operate with them, nothing will happen, but that if I don't go along with what they want that they will remove my children from my care.

I had my child removed once at age 6 months,I was forced to sign her over in a room after a meeting with dept,I was bribed.My daughter is .17 on 26 September.From age 5 to 8 years I saw her 3 times and supervised but Sheryl foster mum stopped our bonding and still is.I never saw my girl from 8yrs till 16yrs,was told by dept she doesn't want to c me,end story.My rights,I had none.She contacted me Facebook,my child telling me the dept controlling her and she luvs me,wnts to c me,dept finds out,so gives me 3 phone contacts supervised.First in 16 yrs,went great,visit organized and bam,stopped for no reasons,my child had been removed from foster home and looks for me,foster family find out put doubt in her mind,then she says she doesn't want to see me as mum and dad don't think its best.I'm.her mum,she was taught to call them mum and dad and the reason I don't see her is what THEY say,the dept.My child aggreed they have messed her up.Legal aid always denied,no rights to be heard in court,for visitation.All have rights to visits.Prisioners had more rights than me.Now Aleshia is been lied to,psychologists visits as they reakon she's mentally unstable and she's been lied too so bad.

I think the laws should be more specific in allowing removals, rather than letting departmental workers to be able to come into a home just because they suspect the child "may" come to harm. Where is the innocent until proven guilty? Its more of a take now ask questions, build cases later mentality wich causes irrefutable long lasting trauma to both child and parent.

Western Australia is no different with it's dcp (department of child Protection) after 12 years i left a sever DV marriage and attempted to get help and have been pursecuted ever since. my 6 children were taken from me February/March2009 and I am still fighting to get them home. If I openly discuse the abuse,I get shot down with them saying I am not taking responsibility.I did wrong by my children under duress.Now the dcp has me!I have been forced to sign passports for 2 of the kids to leave Oz.

i cannot believe the trauma & PAIN my beautiful precious children and i have suffered at the hands of docs with intruding their way into our lives when my angels were just little innocent bubs!!& putting them constantly w/ strangers "carers", when they have a perfectly great, loving,caring, all giving, UNCONDITIONAL, only putting first, mother!!!! my angels are w/ m/ gmother at moment &i was lied to,(one of MANY TIMES!)told they would stay w/ me wkends once mth,but now w/ ANOTHER carer instead!

That just because people reported on me (that didnt know me),that they can come in &take a loving mother's babies!!is CRIMINAL!!INHUMAN,INHUMANE,CALLOUS!they need to be held accountable, and God will judge them and punish these ppl!I have had noone listen to me,except 1 solicitor that i cannot have anymore.And docs have got away with TOO MUCH!&lied to get there own way,and not acted logically,or with any thought.They only act for their own best interests and on their SICK opinions they hold!

DOCS removed my 4 children from my care even after the police report was unsubstantiated. Nothing has happened to my children so why take them ? I want them back where they belong...at home with me !

I believe they target young parents and abuse their lack of knowledge by tricking them and denying them their rights as parents. They twist words and make false allagations that you can not fight because you are deemed a bad parent by there text books. Children should not be removed if one particualr person who may have bias thinks that they could be harmed in the future. No one can predict the future. I want docs to be investigated.

I want to see better monitoring of foster parents. It is unnacceptable for children not to be protected by the Department of Community Services after removing them from their families. This monitoring should not be carried out by non-government organisations who profit from the children being retained by their caregiver bases.

My children were taken in 2008, I have done everything DOCS asked of me, at first I did not really do all they asked as my stupid lawyer said I did not have to, yet he forgot to mention how much power they had over me, that I should jump when they say jump. I of course thought stupidly, "I have done no wrong, and I can prove that what they say I did, never happened, I am the best mother I could be" Well whoa how wrong even though the actual reason for removal never happened and that is clear..
