<p>Coverage maps say I am within a 3G coverage area but my phone dropped from 3G to 2G constantly and then lost signal all together.</p>

<p>Now with Telstra and 3 with no complaints or problems.</p>]]></description>

Whilst it is understandable that a network infrastructure costs $$ to expand and maintain, people also pay $$ in expectation of reasonable service. In my case the service never improved for me over years of connection, leading me to believe that service improvement is unlikely. Yes, caveat emptor applies, but let&#039;s have a real choice in mobile networks.</p>]]></description>
