      <description><![CDATA[mr john keill, new westminster, bc, Canada<p>Right now as the locked in plan stands, Federal &amp; Provincial Gov&#039;t are denying an individual who wants his pension unlocked the right to financial liberty, people who are self managing there own plan should have the right to unlock 100% for there own personal reasons &amp; should not be going hat in hand begging to get his/her own money out of a locked in plan.... this has nothing to do with ensuring a pension but more to the benefit of Gov&#039;t&#039;s and Banks using your hard earned money for there own purpose.... Again, this is financial discrimination denying a person financial liberty to choose what he/she wants to do with there own money they earned..... unlock 100%, never mind catering to Alberta laws....</p>]]></description>
