He is over 30,000 behind and now I am being no being compliant. I have to go to this so called court hearing just to be told to go home. Oh and this court is an hour and half away. They did put him in jail one time, suppose to be 6 months but he was let out for good behavior really on child support.
Then my husband has custody of his children judge didn't order child support. 2 years later we filled through OAG for them to tell us they couldn't help. Now I am at complete loss on that one cause when he had to pay child support if he was late they would send threatening letters to him to go to jail. I don't understand how it's good for one but not the other.!
Forget About having them explain this to you, I have called them numerous times, eve about court, when you do get to talk to someone they can't explain it to you. They are just reading a common questions on a computer,
