Of prime concern is the very short distance between the store and nearby schools. The store is promoting an unhealthy social environment. It also seems to be attracting sales from vulnerable school children, who can be seen frequenting and hanging around the store. The store is also on the route for some children from more distant schools finding their way home by taxi and on foot, and the same objections can be raised again.

Related to the above point, the store is attracting many patrons that could potentially represent a danger for especially the school kids but also other residents and passers by in the area.

Finally, the store is not well kept, and is certainly an eyesore for the suburb.
