My vehicle was left at work over the weekend so that the company mechanic could work on it.I came i on Monday and found that someone had attempted to set it on fire. BTW, after this incident, one of the neighbors was arrested for pointing a shotgun at our ambulances. Before this he had made threats to blow up ambulances and out vehicles. Your company denied my claim based on your adjusters request for information on Company Personnel that I did not have access to, nor the authority to release even if I did have access. He was told to contact the company. The company asked for a subpoena. State Farm refused to pay my claim for not providing information that I didn't have or have access to. Plus your adjuster accused me of starting the fire. As a certified Fire and Arson investigator, I know how to start fires that burn completely, not snuff out quickly. There were also three oxygen tanks in the vehicle, in a residential area! Really? I set it??? Someone needs to give a sample in the little plastic cup. Very Immoral, unethical, and unprofessional. Not to mention completely dishonest.

They made us buy the items and then once given receipts, they would reimburse us. They dropped our insurance also! 02/09/2011, we were in an automobile accident. The man whom pulled out onto the highway in front of me was ticketed. They are showing it against my credit for insurance! It is now 04/16/23015 and the attorney Todd Tarter continues to play games to settle our case. Back in December nearly 4 years into this case, he needed to read my daughters medical records! He had 4 years. Now we finally came to an agreement for settlement. Both my daughter and I signed the releases. Now he is trying to take thousands off for medical bills that they claim that they paid! We already settled on a number! They have not right to change it! State farm is a rip off! I had been with them since I was 16 years old! The only claim I ever had was a broken windshield! This is how they treat their people! They are NOT Like A good neighbor! They are like a worst enemy! They need to be stopped!

Never recieved notice that something was wrong with my driver license. Instead of calling me they say they sent a letter. When the matter is that important you don't send letters you call your customer. Not only this happened but I was also hit by a 2 ton dump truck and they did nothing to help.

now i will have to pay 4000.00 out of pocket and wait out litigation . i can afford it. got a hotshot attorney and will settle for now less than a trial. i am also suing the other party.
this company should have a class action leveled against them. sould be put on american greed and their chief officers put in jail.they are taking peoples money for a service,not paying when the service is needed.
that is stealing in my book. you are better served with a cheap min. coverage so at least have proof of insurance than state farm.save a ton and set the cash aside for fixing your car,in case you have an accident. then if you are in an accident with a state farm vehicle you can still get your care fixed
