We go to Marrickville Metro and are happy about the range of shops there. Why would we want another supermarket to clog up our roads in this area? The street is for walking, talking, drinking, local shopping and this is hard enough with peak hour traffic as it, why would we want to add to it?

We don't need anther supermarket as there are supermarkets in Newtown.
The special ambience, family and village feel of Erskineville will be lost if this goes ahead.
