The state has been hamstrung for long enough by the lack of business development and business confidence due to the Labour Green government. Enough is enough.
I have always been a traditional Labour voter but feel Mr Lennon has much to be accountable for with regards to where Government in Tasmania is at present. We are under the yoke of the Greens due to his approach to Gunns and the pulp mill in the Tamar Valley. To many under the table deals which the Greens in the end became privy to I believe. You reap what you sow.
I also believe Miss Giddings should have called an election by now to control the damage to the State Labour Party. Better to loose the next election than being condemned for the next decade to opposition due to the poor outcome of the accord. It takes much more fortitude to admit the current set up has failed the state than to hold onto power for the sake of it.
