Anonymous, Ottawa, Canada
So we bought one in 2006 as well. It got a virus in 2007, and the guy at MDG said it would take $65 just to have the guy look at it, much less fix it. (What a ripoff)

It's really sad because it was our first computer and we didn't know anything about them back then. We could've gotten a brand new iMac for that price ($1000+) which still would be running great now. MDG machine? Slower than a drunk snail.

Really wish I hadn't bought from these guys, and I never will!

Screw you MDG!!!

Mr. Joseph Nixon, Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada
Lied to about what the product that I was receiving was and terms of payment. After falling behind on a couple of payments I made numerous attempts to rectify the situation, but they were unwilling to make payment arrangements. What company doesn't want to make payment arrangements for past due amounts? I have numerous documentation proving that I tried to rectify the situation to the best of my ability, but was met with a clear lack of critical thinking skills by their credit department.

corazon canieso, toronto, Canada
I brought my mdg pc for repairs at an mdg store and they charge me almost the cost of the cheapest tower. My computer developed a sort of chronic sickness but I use independent techs who sometimes charged just a few dollars. Maybe there is some way that mdg can recompense us.
