He is still a valuable player for us and has been treated abysmally. There are far more players at the club that have not pulled their weight and they are not under fire!
He's a great player when played in a position that suits him and great for us! Learn how to handle him as Roos did. Not everyone responds to 'tough' . I only had to listen to Damien Hardwick on Richmond's GF win. He stated they were concentrating on players to be themselves rather than force too much on them and find a structure that suited them rather than impose a structure that didn't. I don't like how this has been played out in the press either.
