It still serves the important purpose of offering a printed alternative for those individuals who are either unable or would just rather not scan the internet for their gaming info and/or nostalgia fix. It teaches new and young gamers about Nintendo history and gaming history in general, which can leave an indelible mark on someone for life. The thought of Nintendo Power ending is truly heartbreaking to me.
