My mom has been with them since 1989!!!!! We have been happy with the staff and believe they take care of our needs willingly. We do not wish to lose the relationship that took so long to establish with people that care for us as customers! This country has too many businesses that treat customers as expendable and that is wrong! Keep people on staff that know how to care for us the right way!
