The only thing that matters is the malicious act itself... The victim should not be degraded in the media the defense will already do that. If the media is to report a crime should they not personally id the victim w/ respect to the friends and family. regardless of her profession she has done nothing that would warrant her death... the only thing the media did w/ this situation was to make the public not care of the situation... they publicized her criminal record which there is no guarantee that it had anything to do w/ her death... fact is she was a young woman who possibly made poor decisions in life but would have been able to turn her life around. but the media used poor judgement in the story and the picture that was provided to the public... the pictures that were provided were not the true victim... instead the public only saw another criminal
