This questionable decision to change the age-groups will kill off football in central division leaving only one non rookie side who stand a chance in the play-offs. Please re-consider.

Not only does the U19 system allow University players to develop their skills in the BUAFL off-season, but it also expands the size of the junior teams (do BAFANL really think that the clubs aren't struggling for numbers already?).
Not only does the entire Junior Division of players and coaches disagree with the intended change, but so should any logically-thinking person who has ever watched a game of junior football and seen the dwindling size of the team on the sideline. Have the BAFANL ever considered how the players feel?
It's our league after all! We are the ones who want to play, not the out of date has-beens who control the league! This is why rugby is a much more widely accepted sport than American Football in the UK, because the league listens to the players and doesn't pull a U turn on the most influential aspect of the league's future.
Although this petition may have little effect on the choice of the League, I strongly believe our views should be heard and understood rather than ignored and placed on the backburner simply because we are young.

Also for an 18/19 year old they wont be ready for Senior football. Of the problem is Uni players they are nothing but a good influence as they can provide their experience and extra knowledge to teams and players just starting out. In my opinion this would kill junior football in England.
