If you decline the increase you have to close the credit card. If you close the credit card, your credit score goes down. We can't win.

I have boycotted Target Stores, Macy's, and Talbots b/c of their high interest rates. They align themselves and fix the rates for high profit. They create their own risk keeping their rates high so consumers cannot pay. If we can't pay, we don't spend.
