<p>I have ordered from Ikea online from 10 April 2020, it supposed to be delivered on 22 April, I called them back to correct my mobile number,however i have provided an additional number, they updated my contact info anyway.<br />
since then whenever they answer my call that if am lucky, they bring back the story of the mobile number although i have corrected it and they updated the info.<br />
I received another email saying that the delivery will be on 25. By 10 May i have received an (THANKS FOR YOUR RECENT PURCHASE) e-mail</p>

<p>on May 13 I have received order invoice email.<br />
i tried to contact them via Instagram</p>

<p>since then I started calling them for follow-ups and updates but they kept on saying same thing about number and also they will call the supervisor to arrange the dispatch<br />
this is really unacceptable and they should be punished. otherwise they should compensate us. if the store could not handle online order they can stop taking orders until they can manage their mess.</p>

Checked back again after 25 days with IKEA and they state the order hasn’t still been cancelled, the money hasn’t been refunded yet.</p>]]></description>
