All throughout the day he made every effort to help take care of his wife. After observing him for quite some time I could not help but see how devoted a husband he was with such a positive and optimistic hope to his wife in a vegetative condition spending as much time possible to be around his wife, talking to her and helping with her personal care and doing everything as much as possible in every way he can with gentleness and loving care. It was great surprise to hear about his plight and cannot help feel for him for not being able to see the love of his life nor understand the claims as he made such a difference if not one of the major factors in the progress of Uma’s clinical condition. I am sure that if the staff on the ward I worked with in caring for Uma also come to hear the news about Mahindan’ s situation and see this petition will sincerely agree with this statement. I hope Mahindan will soon get the justice he so earnestly deserves and be reunited with his beloved wife. Pl

I still remember they both used to cook together and invite me for dinner, we used to laugh and joke about anything and everything. Mahindan is a very caring and devoted husband, l can remember going to his house and see him doing most of the cleaning and cooking for his wife, even after work. As the same time i was close to Uma, she was like a friend and a sister to me, its hard to write about them both, as my tears are dropping , i am still in a shock about what happend to Uma, it had effected me and my thirteen years old son, and now to hear what happened to Mahindan my heart just break! I just want this to be sorted quickly before its too late, because Mahindan is suffering with depression, and heart complication. And i don't want any human to suffer like him! He is very honest person, and very trustworthy i found since i knew him!! And its sad to see him crying for his wife who he loved the most, his cared for !
