This is one of the most outrageous things I have ever read. What happened to kindness, compassion and gratitude? These are so basic not to mention customer service! They should be ashamed of themselves and shame on United if appropriate action is not taken! These employees should be dealt with in the same manner they dealt with this young man. No one whether elderly or anyone handicapped in any other way should be treated this way especially not a brave young man who did so much for his country! I pray for everyone of their souls! A veteran of the United States. Be united in your care of our most precious asset Delta. The American soldier. Common sense and dignity should dictate our actions when treating our battle wounded, not thoughtlessness and disrespect by the employees that felt as such. As for punishment, a face to face apology by all the crew and staff involved which seldom comes these days. As for further action, ask Lance Corporal Brown. I'm sure he has plenty of common sense.

The Delta employee was not the professional Delta claims to employ. Offers were made to allow the Marine to sit in First Class yet they were turned down. I believe the Delta employee was carrying out a person agenda.
