There is no visible "drive and fire" in the players... they're soft. Horrible game and clock management skills. Completely unaware of the skill sets each of his players has and misuses their skill sets allowing opponents advantages they should not have. Scared to adjust the depth chart and put the BEST players on the field and use them. ie.. Anderson/Thompson over both Hillman and Ball. Latimer over Caldwell - who cares if they are rookies or younger if they are Better. Cuts and keeps the wrong players. You keep Duke Ihenancho to back up TJ Ward and cut Quinton Carter. The wins are simply a result of talent on the roster - not his, Del Rio, or Gase's coaching. The losses are ALL embarrassing when faced by quality opponents that actually have a legit coach. With the Broncos current roster; if a SB is not attained - it is squarely on Fox & Del Rio.
