Besides, when all the people in a village know the person responsible for local government, can make their claims/ demands with them and can make them directly answerable them, it will indubitably make democracy : democracy of people not a democracy of few political persons.Elected and rule abiding and accountable local governments provides legitimacy to a state, therefore I endorse this petition.
