Dodo continue to send generic emails , then claim they do not have my email address to respond (on their face book page) I have several reference no now as I continue to get the same email saying they will respond within 2 days and they do not. they also sold me a product, that then they claimed didn't exist , but they sent me the account to pay for it, this took hours of my time on the phone and still has not been rectified along with the huge overpayment

50mins on the phone and issue was not sorted... 45mins later operator rang to say it should be working.... 50mins of trying to convince me that the issue was my fault or my faulty equipment...
All along it was dodo's internet...
no apology given no their part....
