None of our politicians are unwilling to take on the fight against the child support agency. We have no recourse against their actions whatsoever. I had a passport as an active duty Marine on government business, but as a civilian Ive been denied a passport because of child support laws. I've been denied employment with several different companies because of this. If I dont have a passport by June 09 I will be unemployed.

Please include this issue in the bill. It appears the VA can make its own rules without proper authority. They admit that it is not income for tax purposes but only for VA purposes. Their rules does not say this but that is how they are interpreting it
