I am presently an inpatient at a private physciatric clinic and the doctors nurses and my physciatrist all seem bewildered by the severity oft symptoms . Eli lily has failed to even inform medical professional of withdrawal effects. There are plenty of other good anti-depressant medications that don't cause severe withdrawal upon cessation. This drug is a dangerous poison and should not be on the market. I pray for others who will need in the future to change medications as those of us Witherspoon illness commonly do.

The first pill I tool increased my anxiety dramatically and by day five I could not understand people talking and could not write a straight line...it was horrific and I was afraid for my life. I called the dr who advised to keep taking them! I said no way and took no more... I was then left with 45 days of 1-2 hours sleep woken by horrific nightmares my arms gripped in fear, constant thoughts going in my head, afraid to go outside, scared if going shopping etc...I was given temazepam and Valium for 2 weeks then seroquel Xanax and mirtazapine... I now take mirtazapine only with Xanax maybe once a week. My life is a mess... I can sleep ok now but I have constant thoughts in my head that just go and go all day... When I am not anxious and agitated I am flat as a pancake. I didn't smile for 5 months. Thus drug should not be able to be prescribed
