I have first hand knowledge of how they are here in my county. They take children and give them to abusive parents, who are hardly in their kids lives. CPS leaves kids with abusive parents, All this CPS knows is going on. But CPS will remove your child in this county if you have a dirty home, are cleaning when they come out on you, but abuse your child or do drugs you get to keep your children.
