My 2 youngest children were sexually abused and as of this day 11-4-08 the alleged offender has not been held accountable for his actions - but my children - oh yea! they have been held accountable and it is hard as ---- to get help for them. How do you determine a moneytary value to the pain and suffering of a tormented child, but I do agree that they should have to pay something to at least help the schools and other agencies that are there to try to pick up the pieces of these childrens lives.
