We are loosing everything. House, cars, credit. And the state refuses to help though all paperwork has been filed. He is trying to go to school for his B.A.. But Thant won't amount to much if the state puts him in prison,. He never missed a payment until now.

This payment is going to her father who is NOT spending it on her or helping w/ college...and I DONT have the money to pay a lawyer to say she's emancipated. There should be a "free" way for the state to automatically stop/investigate/or intervene when a child is emancipated...I am NOT the only one in this situation and again, can't afford legal fees!

Payment amounts are also set too high. Also, there needs to be some kind of tax credit for non-custodial parents who are paying child support.
