This man, in my opinion has been given too harsh of a sentence when the other person received virtually no punishment whatsoever. While he should pay for his actions, so should the other person involved.

I think the judge owes everyone, especially Mr. Hill an explanation as to why his decision was so unbalanced in this case.

After she signed, she did some research on Ms. Daniels.

Does everyone realize that she was sentenced to 50 hours community service and paid her way out doing them at $10/hr. My wife used to be a Probation Officer and said this is normal but in some cases the judge ordered that community service must be done not bought out.

She should have been sentenced to speak at schools about drunk driving.

todd had a few drinks while driving his truck
and a driver carrying passengers were also drunk and they turned on a filter light that caused the crash...and the girl carrying the passengers was drunk and got no sentence.and todd was left to take all they blame
