Debney's park belongs to the people of Flemington. Traffic chaos will result if this development is approved by council. Mt Alexander Road is already suffering from the Citylink tollway debacle. The current Travancore on the Park has no ground level open space, not a single tree, just concrete, utilising the adjacent parks for outlook.
