Of Assembly, In The Commonwealth Of The Bahamas!

This, However, Is A Violation And A Breach Of The Constitution Of The Commonwealth Of The Bahamas!

Mr. Perry Gladstone Christie, Who, Had Set And Appointed The Date, For The 2017 General Election, In The Commonwealth Of The Bahamas:

This, However, Is, Notwithstanding The Fact, That, According To Article 70 (7) Of The Bahamas Constitution, The Prime Minister Of The Bahamas, Has Absolutely No Power And Absolutely No Authority, To Set, Nor Appoint The Date, For The General Elections, In The Commonwealth
Of The Bahamas!

This, Indeed, Is A Very Serious Matter, Which Has Great National And International Repercussions And Implications!

And, Which, However, Therefore, Means, That Everything Done, Under
The Hand, Power, And Authority Of Prime Minister Hubert Alexander Minnis, His Ministers And The Bahamas Government (And Past Government Administrations), Including The Making Of Decisions, The Signing Off On Agreements, Contracts And Treaties; Political Appointments Made;
Laws Passed, Amended, Revoked And Repealed;
The Implementation And Increase Of Taxes (EG. VALUE ADDED TAX/VAT),
Monies Used From The Public Treasury;
And Monies Borrowed, On Behalf Of The Citizens And The Bahamian People, Would, Therefore, Not Be Lawful, Valid, Nor Constitutional:

And Can, Therefore, All Be Deemed Null And Void!!!
