The amount of times I've been late due to ridiculous service is sad.
Also,, make sure drivers know that when a person puts their hand out when the bus approaches,, it's a signal to stop,, not to completely ignore the person and continue driving. The amount of times this has happened is ridiculous.
Sort it out Arriva. I spend £49 a month on this service. It could be free and I still wouldn't be getting my money's worth.
