It is hurting businesses. We need this to stop. I don't frequent places that do not allow me to smoke. I feel it is unfair especially in the bar industry. When I drink, I smoke. Non smokers need not go where they know I will be smoking. It has been like this for years.

The constitution also states: There shall be no taxation without representation. This council did not ask the public, they also took away the leagl right of the business owners.I have never met anyone that comoplained about smoking in a business/ resturant.
