The recent changes means that I will have to find a cheaper way of calling my parents.
I am now stuck with a 18 months contract of which I normally pay £35.99 monthly and since the new changes my last mobile bill was £108 and after complaining to O2 , they told me if I had called 30 days ago I would have been able to cancel my contract without charges but now I'd have to pay to cancel it.

I pay for a contract so that I don't have to worry about call charges and I think £40 a month is enough. I cant even call the CSA free now and I think thats disgusting. I don't normally feel so strongly about thing like this but I personally pay out more than my fair share and o2 will get £480 this year. I didn't realise the new charges or I would not have gone with o2. Next year I will not have a contract with them and my family the same.

We the customers should fight for our deals, if o2 resists, leave and dont look back. Forget customer loyality, it means nothing, go for the best deals for cheapest price, network provides makes little deference since most customer services are no good anyway, thanks

I have signed my contract which does includes 08 numbers inclusive in Tariff. My usage is very high for these numbers and i only had this contract for this reason that 08 numbers were inclusive in tariff.
