New undercover footage shows Planned Parenthood Federation of America’s Senior Director of Medical Services, Dr. Deborah Nucatola, describing how Planned Parenthood sells the body parts of aborted unborn children.

Responding to this travesty, Rep. Diane Black has asked Congress to pass her bill, The Title X Abortion Provider Prohibition Act, to de-fund Planned Parenthood.

“The fact that Planned Parenthood performs upwards of 327,000 abortions a year is heartbreaking and barbaric enough on its own. The news that its employees engaged in the harvesting of aborted babies’ body parts is almost too much to bear and is incredibly revealing as to the true nature of the big abortion industry,” she said.

The citizens of Greece demand equality before the law, and as such, they also demand that the immunity of Members of the Greek Parliament be repealed.

Federal law prohibits the sale of body parts of aborted babies. In fact, the sale or purchase of human fetal tissue a federal felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $500,000 (42 U.S.C. 289g-2).

ΕΚΚΛΗΣΗ ΓΙΑ ΣΧΗΜΑΤΙΣΜΟ ΕΠΙΤΡΟΠΗΣ ΛΟΓΙΣΤΙΚΟΥ ΕΛΕΓΧΟΥ ΕΠΙ ΤΟΥ ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΟΥ ΔΗΜΟΣΙΟΥ ΧΡΕΟΥΣ

Οι υπογράφοντες πιστεύουμε ότι υπάρχει επιτακτική ανάγκη να δημιουργηθεί Επιτροπή Λογιστικού Ελέγχου (ΕΛΕ) η οποία θα εξετάσει το ελληνικό δημόσιο χρέος. Η τρέχουσα πολιτική της ΕΕ και του ΔΝΤ για την αντιμετώπιση του δημόσιου χρέους έχει επιφέρει μεγάλο κοινωνικό κόστος στην Ελλάδα. Κατά συνέπεια ο ελληνικός λαός έχει δημοκρατικό δικαίωμα να απαιτήσει πλήρη πληροφόρηση όσον αφορά το χρέος που είναι δημόσιο, ή εγγυημένο από το κράτος.

Ο σκοπός της ΕΛΕ θα είναι η εξακρίβωση των αιτίων του δημόσιου χρέους, των όρων με τους οποίους έχει συναφθεί, καθώς και της χρήσης των δανείων. Στη βάση των συμπερασμάτων της η ΕΛΕ θα διαμορφώσει κατάλληλες προτάσεις για την αντιμετώπιση του χρέους, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του χρέους που θα αποδειχθεί παράνομο, μη νομιμοποιημένο, ή απεχθές. Η επιδίωξη της ΕΛΕ θα είναι να συνδράμει την Ελλάδα ώστε να λάβει όλα τα απαραίτητα μέτρα για να αντιμετωπίσει το βάρος του χρέους. Η ΕΛΕ θα επιχειρήσει επίσης να διαπιστώσει ευθύνες για τις προβληματικές συμβάσεις χρέους.

Το δημόσιο και το ιδιωτικό χρέος βρίσκονται στην καρδιά της κρίσης της Ευρωζώνης. Η παγκόσμια κρίση που ξεκίνησε το 2007 πήρε τη μορφή κρίσης χρέους της περιφέρειας της Ευρωζώνης. Σύμφωνα με τον τελευταίο προϋπολογισμό, το ελληνικό δημόσιο χρέος αναμένεται να αυξηθεί από 299 δις ευρώ (ή 127% του ΑΕΠ) το 2009 σε 362 δις ευρώ (ή 159% του ΑΕΠ) το 2011. Η διόγκωση του δημόσιου χρέους επέτεινε τον κίνδυνο εθνικής χρεοκοπίας των περιφερειακών χωρών και αύξησε τις πιθανότητες τραπεζικής χρεοκοπίας στην Ευρώπη. Η ΕΕ, σε συμφωνία με εθνικές κυβερνήσεις, αντέδρασε υιοθετώντας προγράμματα διάσωσης που διευκολύνουν τον προσωρινό δανεισμό των κρατών της Ευρωζώνης και προστατεύουν τις τράπεζες. Αλλά τα μέτρα αυτά δεν κατάφεραν να καθησυχάσουν τις χρηματοπιστωτικές αγορές, με συνέπεια τα επιτόκια δανεισμού των περιφερειακών χωρών να συνεχίσουν να ανεβαίνουν. Επιπλέον, το αντίτιμο των προγραμμάτων ήταν η λιτότητα. Η Ελλάδα, η Ιρλανδία και άλλες χώρες αναγκάστηκαν να περικόψουν μισθούς και συντάξεις, να μειώσουν τις δημόσιες δαπάνες, να συρρικνώσουν τις παροχές πρόνοιας, να ιδιωτικοποιήσουν δημόσιες επιχειρήσεις και να απελευθερώσουν τις αγορές. Αναπόφευκτα θα υπάρξει και περαιτέρω κοινωνικό κόστος λόγω αύξησης της ανεργίας, χρεοκοπίας επιχειρήσεων και συρρίκνωσης της παραγωγής.

Η Ελλάδα βρέθηκε στο επίκεντρο των προγραμμάτων διάσωσης της ΕΕ, αλλά ο ελληνικός λαός έχει κρατηθεί στο σκοτάδι όσον αφορά τη σύνθεση και τους όρους του δημόσιου χρέους. Η έλλειψη ενημέρωσης συνιστά θεμελιώδη αποτυχία των δημοκρατικών διαδικασιών. Οι λαοί που καλούνται να φέρουν το κόστος των προγραμμάτων της ΕΕ έχουν δημοκρατικό δικαίωμα στην πλήρη πληροφόρηση.

Η ΕΛΕ μπορεί να συμβάλλει στην αναπλήρωση του δημοκρατικού αυτού ελλείμματος. Μπορεί επίσης να ενθαρρύνει τη συμμετοχή ευρύτερων κοινωνικών στρωμάτων στην ανάπτυξη κινημάτων για την αντιμετώπιση του δημόσιου χρέους. Η επιτροπή θα είναι διεθνής και θα αποτελείται από ορκωτούς λογιστές του χρέους και των δημόσιων οικονομικών, από νομικούς, οικονομολόγους, αντιπρόσωπους των εργατικών οργανώσεων και μέλη των οργανώσεων την κοινωνίας των πολιτών. Θα είναι ανεξάρτητη από τα πολιτικά κόμματα, αλλά δεν θα αποκλείει τη συμμετοχή πολιτικών, αρκεί να συμφωνούν με τους σκοπούς της. Η ΕΛΕ θα διασφαλίζει την ύπαρξη εξειδικευμένης γνώσης και θα εγγυάται τον δημοκρατικό έλεγχο καθώς και το υπόλογο όλων των εμπλεκομένων.

Για να επιτύχει το στόχο της η ΕΛΕ θα πρέπει να έχει πλήρη διαχρονική πρόσβαση στις συμβάσεις και εκδόσεις δημόσιου χρέους, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των εκδόσεων ομολόγων, αλλά και διμερούς, πολυμερούς, ή άλλης μορφής χρέους και κρατικών υποχρεώσεων. Θα πρέπει να έχει τις απαραίτητες αρμοδιότητες ώστε να θέτει στη διάθεσή της όλα τα έγγραφα που κρίνει απαραίτητα για να επιτελέσει το έργο της. Θα πρέπει επίσης να θεσμοθετηθούν πρόσφοροι τρόποι ώστε να μπορεί να καλεί προς εξέταση δημόσιους λειτουργούς, όπως και να ανοίγει, μετά από αιτιολογημένο αίτημά της και δικαστική συνδρομή, τραπεζικούς λογαριασμούς, ιδίως λογαριασμούς του δημοσίου σε ιδιωτικές τράπεζες και στην Τράπεζα της Ελλάδας. Θα πρέπει, τέλος, να διαθέτει επαρκές χρονικό διάστημα για να μελετήσει τις συμβάσεις και να εξαγάγει το πόρισμά της.

Η δημιουργία διεθνούς και ανεξάρτητης ΕΛΕ για το ελληνικό δημόσιο χρέος αποτελεί αναντίρρητη ανάγκη. Είναι επίσης δημοκρατική απαίτηση του ελληνικού λαού που σηκώνει το βάρος της κρίσης και θέλει να γνωρίζει τις αιτίες της. Από όλες τις απόψεις η ελληνική ΕΛΕ θα μπορούσε να λειτουργήσει ως πρότυπο και για άλλες χώρες της Ευρωζώνης.

CALL FOR AN AUDIT COMMISSION ON GREEK PUBLIC DEBT

We the undersigned believe that there is a pressing need for an Audit Commission to examine Greek public debt. Current EU and IMF policy to deal with public debt has entailed major social costs for Greece. Consequently, the Greek people have a democratic right to demand full information on public and publicly-guaranteed debt.

The aim of the Commission will be to ascertain why public debt was incurred, the terms on which it was contracted, and the uses to which borrowed funds were put. On the basis of these considerations, the Commission will make appropriate recommendations to deal with debt, including debt that is shown to be illegal, illegitimate or odious. The purpose of the Commission will be to help Greece take all necessary measures to confront the burden of debt. The Commission will also seek to find who was responsible for problematic debt agreements.

Public and private debt is at the heart of the Eurozone crisis. The global crisis that began in 2007 took the form of a debt crisis of the periphery of the Eurozone. According to the latest government budget, Greek public debt is expected to rise from 299 billion euro (or 127% of GDP) in 2009 to 362 billion euro (or 159% of GDP) in 2011. The increase in public debt has heightened the danger of national default in the periphery of the Eurozone and raised the possibility of bank failure across Europe. The EU, in conjunction with national governments, has responded through rescue programmes that have facilitated temporary borrowing by Eurozone states and protected banks. But these measures have failed to calm financial markets and, as a result, borrowing rates have continued to rise for peripheral countries. Furthermore, the price of the programmes has been austerity. Greece, Ireland and other countries were forced to cut wages and pensions, contract public expenditure, shrink welfare provision, privatise public enterprises, and deregulate markets. Further social costs are inevitable due to higher unemployment, business failures and loss of output.

Greece has been at the forefront of EU rescue programmes, but the Greek people have been kept in the dark regarding the composition and terms of public debt. The lack of information represents a fundamental failure of the democratic process. The people who are called upon to bear the costs of EU programmes have a democratic right to receive full information on public debt.

An Audit Commission can begin to redress this deficiency. It can also encourage the active participation of broader layers of society in movements that tackle the problem of public debt. The Commission will be international, comprising debt and fiscal auditors, legal experts, economists, representatives of labour organisations, and participants from civil society groups. It will be independent of political parties, though it will not exclude politicians from membership provided that they accept its aims. The Commission will ensure possession of expert knowledge, while guaranteeing democratic accountability and control over all involved.

To achieve its aim the Commission ought to have full access to public debt agreements and debt issues over time, including bond issues, bilateral, multilateral, and other forms of debt and state liabilities. It ought to have requisite powers to place at its disposal all documents that it judges necessary to complete its work. It is also necessary to instigate appropriate procedures that would allow the Commission to call public functionaries to give evidence, as well as to examine, after a reasoned request and judicial support, bank accounts, particularly public accounts with private banks and with the Bank of Greece. Finally, a sufficient period of time ought to be made available to it to examine debt agreements and produce its report.

The case for an independent and international Audit Commission to examine Greek public debt is unanswerable. The Commission is also a democratic demand of the Greek people who are bearing the burden of the crisis and want to know its causes. In all respects an Audit Commission for Greece could act as prototype for other countries of the Eurozone.

New York has already passed such a law and other states like Virginia, New Mexico, Vermont, Maryland, and Massachusetts are right behind. Politicians like Andrew Cuomo, Ralph Northam and others have promoted abortion on demand and infanticide..

Meanwhile, Democrats in Congress have repeatedly blocked votes on bills to ban late-term abortions and to stop infanticide.

The Iranian reform movement attempted to unite behind former Prime Minister Mir-Hossein Mousavi. The turnout was very high with around 85 percent of the electorate voting. Unofficial results from within the interim ministry report Mousavi the absolute winner with 54% of the votes with Mehdi Karoubi and Ahmadinejad with 31% and 13% ranked after Mousavi.

In total denial of Iranian people's choice, the Islamic Republic's officials announced Ahmadinejad to be the winner and Iranians are repressed by military forces.

Pennsylvania state Rep. Brian Sims repeatedly bullied the pro-life woman in an unhinged rant as she stood alone outside a Planned Parenthood in his district in southeastern Pennsylvania.Sims called the woman a “racist” and her sidewalk counseling “grotesque.”

He followed her around, hurtling insults at her; and at one point, he got in her face with his camera and ignored her requests to leave her alone.

Sims also doxxed the pro-life woman, subjecting her to potential violence.

Then Sims posted a video of himself doing the same thing to pro-life teen girls.

The videotaping and harassment is shameful, potentially illegal, and is conduct unbecoming a member of the state legislature. Sims should resign immediately.

Prior to this appointment her voting record on gay rights has included:

- Voting against further discussion on the repeal of section 28, preferring to let it stand;

- Voting against lowering the age of consent in homosexual relationships to 16;

- Voting against gay adoption rights; as well as numerous other votes that have offended both homosexual and heterosexual communities. For these reasons we do not feel she is appropriate for the post of Minister for Equality.

We would like to make it clear that this campaign is not politically motivated, and is in no way a campaign against any political party.

Furthermore it is campaigning only for Theresa May's removal from this specific post, and not from any other position that she holds.

The video of the Houston Planned Parenthood makes it appear the Planned Parenthood abortion business may be selling the “fully intact” bodies of unborn babies purposefully born alive and left to die. The video shows the Director of Research for Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast, Melissa Farrell, advertising the Texas Planned Parenthood branch’s track record of fetal tissue sales, including its ability to deliver fully intact aborted babies.

In the video, actors posing as representatives from a human biologics company meet with Farrell at the abortion-clinic headquarters of Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast in Houston to discuss a potential partnership to harvest fetal organs.

Instead of prosecuting Planned Parenthood for selling aborted baby parts, Daleiden was indicted for buying them. If convicted, Daleiden faces 20 years in prison while Planned Parenthood officials face no legal consequences for their actions.

Harris County District Attorney Devon Anderson promised a thorough investigation of the Planned Parenthood abortion business. But a Planned Parenthood board member works as a prosecutor in the district attorney’s office.

For the pro-life movement and the protection of unborn children from abortion, we MUST replace pro-abortion President Barack Obama with a pro-life president. It would be a monumental loss for unborn babies if Hillary Clinton becomes president.

If she is elected president, Hillary Clinton will continue to advance abortion at every turn. A President Hillary Clinton for four or even eight years in the White House will keep abortion legal for decades as she will stack the Supreme Court with pro-abortion extremists.

Hillary Clinton will force Americans to pay for abortions with our tax dollars, she will push abortion on an international scale, and a Clinton administration would continue pushing abortion in Obamacare and forcing companies like Hobby Lobby to pay for abortions for their employees.

Because of this, we strongly oppose Hillary Clinton!
