Military all over the world is expanding.
In some countries, such as Germany, there is a “draft“ either into secret services or the military.
Speaking in peaceful ways this means citizens are faced with a “them or us“ momentum in history of mankind.
For this reason the signatories call on the governments of their countries to slowly dissolve military and secret services thereby ensuring an evolution of structures on planet earth.
Since there is growing independence from natural resources, military is no longer necessary.
Since people act and think independently and know of their rights and on how to implement them, a speaking out on "NO on special bodies that undermine and / or potentially harm or destroy society" such as secret services do, is required. Civil stakeholders such as police and press can and do provide the security and information needed. Secret services are not needed.
