Have been an Xplornet satellite customer for over 3 yrs and have been on the phone to their tech support for untold hours. Emailed their customer service rep and their c.e.o several times over the years regarding service speeds paid for and actual speeds received.
They will give close to but never full speeds paid for when you create a complaint but that usually doesn't last long. At $105.00/mnth, i expect the service i pay for. Have talked to many Xplornet customers and they all have the same complaints. I want to get signatures so that i can forward this petition to Xplornet's presidents and C.E.O's and if not corrected by them, i will take this alot further.
We, the undersigned Xplornet customers, call on Xplornet satellite services to provide the level and standard of service that we pay for regarding speed limts and reliability.
