We have been having issues in our house keeping since the new management has taking over our department people that had no write up have been placed on final write up and fired also people have been demoted and moved to other hospitals in the health system and all the people that have been harassed are all black or older blacks. this has never been done in our department under other management there have been 10 or more blacks fired since these managers have been in charge.
We the employee's of UPMC house keeping department are asking that these managers be removed. we the undersigned call out to the upper Management to look into our issues that we may have our issues resolved thank you UPMC employee's House Keeping Department
