Historically the Woodmore West Community has struggled with fostering a living environment that brings the members within the community together.
Many homeowners who live in the community do not feel they are an active part of the community that have a voice concerning the affairs of the community.
We the members of Woodmore West Community are asking the Board to meet with the members of the community (without Procom) to discuss the current state of Procom as a viable Management Company; options for collection of HOA fees; and methods for incentivising lawn maintenance that would best serve the community.
