A number of years ago, I was diagnosed with IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), which has a side effect of being lactose intolerant. This is medical condition that can be treated, but not cured, so I live a life of soy-based and lactose-free dairy products (no cheesecake for me LOL).

I still enjoy my milky treats from time to time, but as I need to purchase dairy-free products, am charged anywhere between 50c to $1 for the use of soy milk, instead of regular milk.

Why is that ?
Don't multinational companies such as Gloria Jeans and Starbucks make enough profit to cover the cost differences, especially when so few would be seeking this ?
Why am I being penalised for a medical condition that cannot be cured ?
Why aren't people charged extra for other alternative milk products, like lite or skim milk, which cost more to purchase ?

We, the undersigned, will begin boycotting your establishments, unless a change in policy is made, and we are no longer charged extra for the use of soy milk in your products.
