I'm making this petition for all animal owners that get attacked by other animals! This petition is to get emergency funds and/or force insurance on animal owners so they pay for any harm caused by their animals.
My dog snoopy got attacked by a pitbull on April 05 2012, right on our front door step. The pitbulls came from 5 blocks away, as the owners stated someone left their gate open! Well get a lock when u got pitbulls!!

I wasn`t thinking of the bills as this has never happened to me before, then people were asking, are they gonna pay the bills? I didn`t know. the intial fee just to take snoopy in was $130.00 , then another $232.00 I didn't have the money; lucky the people paid but we are not all lucky so please sign and get us an emergency fund, insurance or get the people responsible to pay!
