The part of the alley dedicated in the plat of Benson’s Addition to Overlake lying Westerly of the West line of Lake Ave and North of the North line of Lot10, Block 1, Benson’s Addition to Overlake
The part of Overlake Ave dedicated in the plat of Benson’s Addition to Overlake lying Westerly of the West Line of Lake Ave;
The part of the lane dedicated in the plat of Overlake lying Southerly of Birch Road and lying between Lots9 and 10 Overlake;
Vacating said public lanes would decrease non-lake front property values in the neighborhood.
Neighborhood residences use said public lanes as lake access.
Homes in the neighborhood have been sold in the past 10 years with property descriptions including said lake access.
