I'm starting a petition tonight on facebook. DADS AGAINST ADDICTED MOTHERS. This is to wake people up on how dads get treated in the court systems of America. I did everything I had to do up until this point to keep my girls safe. I've given my attorney and dcyf all the info they needed on why my girls are better off with me.
The state can do as they wish with me. But they can't keep me silenced. I feel I did what I had to do for my girls. I made a parental decision to keep them out of harms way. And I let everyone know of our trip (family, my attorney and dcyf). I was awarded full temporary custody back in June 2015. And sole decision making was given with it. Now I'm ordered to return my girls to the mother ASAP. Or face charges.
I'll take my case as far up the chain as I need to, to show the courts dads are mistreated. Where's our rights as a father to keep our kids safe? They are our babies too.
I wish to have the law changed. Dads should have rights too.
I wish to have my girls returned to the well known safe situation and quite peaceful life, where I know they are taken well care of and loved.
